A component without documentation is not a component. It is a paperweight with a serial number.
Sample approval data is shown here for the design. Everything on this page must be literally true and verifiable — every approval, number and scope must be checked against the certificate before launch. If an approval is in progress, it should say “in progress”.

Buyers ask for these during vendor onboarding. Putting them on the website saves an email round-trip — and moves you from “who are these people” to “let’s talk”.

Removal
Suppliers who cannot document what they sell do not remain suppliers.
Independent verification
Documentation checked independently of the seller’s assurances.
We would rather absorb the loss than pass the risk to you.
We buy from approved sources, we verify documentation independently of the seller’s assurances, and we physically inspect incoming material against the documentation.
Where anything does not reconcile — a trace gap, a certificate that does not match the unit, a data plate that does not look right — the material is quarantined and it does not enter our stock.
A company that also performs maintenance has more authority here than a pure trader — because its own technicians are the ones who would install the part.
Handling & Packaging
Because “which box is which?” should never be your problem.
