Technical Services

Real Hands. Real Hangar. Real Accountability.

Our engineers and technicians do the work. When something needs a specialist workshop, we say so — and we manage it end to end.

Every service block on this page is a capability claim. Each must be verified against the actual approval certificate and its scope before publication — a shorter list of what is genuinely approved is far stronger than a longer one that cannot survive an audit.

01

Line Maintenance & Technical Support

Scope claim · verify

Scheduled and unscheduled work, done properly, without the aircraft waiting on a third party.

Our technicians handle routine line maintenance and the unscheduled work that turns up alongside it. Because we hold material ourselves, the part that would normally add three days to the job is often already on the shelf.

  • Transit, daily and weekly checksconfirm
  • Scheduled maintenance to the operator’s approved programmeconfirm
  • Defect rectification and unscheduled workconfirm
  • Component removal and installationconfirm
  • Technical support on site and remotely
02

Component Inspection, Testing & Repair

Scope claim · verify

We open it, we test it, and we tell you what is actually wrong with it.

An incoming report that says “unit does not power up” is not a diagnosis. Our technicians strip, inspect and test components to establish the real fault — before anyone commits money to a repair. Work within our approved scope is done in-house. Anything beyond it goes to an accredited partner workshop, and we tell you which is which.

  • Incoming inspection and functional testingconfirm
  • Fault diagnosis and tear-down reportingconfirm
  • Repair within our approved scope, in-houseconfirm
  • Managed repair through accredited partner workshops where work falls outside our scope
  • Repair-versus-replacement economic analysis before you approve
03

Troubleshooting & Engineering Support

The problem that nobody can reproduce on the ground.

Some defects do not read cleanly off a fault code. Our engineers work through intermittent faults, recurring defects and the ones the manual does not cover — with the manufacturer documentation, the maintenance history and the aircraft in front of them.

  • Intermittent and recurring defect investigation
  • Technical documentation review — CMM, AMM, Service Bulletin and AD status
  • Remote technical support for aircraft away from base
  • Maintenance programme and workscope advice
04

Repair & Overhaul Management

When the work belongs in a specialist shop, we run the process.

Shop selection, workscope negotiation, quote review, turnaround pressure and documentation control. That middle step is where the value is. We read the tear-down findings, check which Service Bulletins were and were not complied with, compare repair against overhaul on real figures, and tell you which one actually makes sense for your operation.

  • Shop selection from our accredited partner network
  • Workscope and quote review before you approve
  • Repair-versus-overhaul economic analysis
  • Service Bulletin and AD compliance verification
  • Turnaround-time management and escalation
  • Beyond Economical Repair evaluation and options
The strongest thing we do
